To all the incredible women I’ve had the chance to meet, support, and cheer on these past few years—this one’s for you! I’m hosting a lightly heated sculpt class as a way to celebrate and connect. Yoga mats, towels, and props will be provided—just bring yourself and get ready to move. Stick around afterward for smoothies, good conversation, and maybe even a new friend (or six)!
